I was very impressed with service received - although a long wait due to the number of clients at the priority clinic once seen the process was very quick and the staff very caring towards my grandson who lives with Autism and ADHD. I feel privileged to have such a great service available close to our home and it was all covered by Medicare benefits. My grandson had broken his wrist in three places.

I had my first visit to Lumus Imaging Marion after visiting the Urgent Care Clinic, I needed an ultrasound, the staff found me an appointment, they were happy, pleasant and helpful. The area is quiet and relaxing to sit in while you wait.The radiologist was very helpful and explained everything, including what he was about to do and a simple explanation of the results to me. I also got a more detailed copy for my Doctors. All done in very quick time!

Lumus are fantastic . William is fantastic , very caring , friendly and most importantly very thorough . You walk away knowing you’ve had the best possible care . They were also fully booked and squeezed me in as it was urgent . Thank you

The receptionist was so lovely, her name was Sinead. She made my morning. Such a bubbly personality, made me smile. The man who did my ultrasound was so friendly and made me feel comfortable, well as much as I could with my pain 😊. My experience this morning was such a lovely one. Thank you

Had an ultrasound scan done at
Marion today. Admin staff were all brilliant
and the ultrasound technician ( Rick Luff) was superb He had great social skills as well as being highly efficient on the machine. Give the guy a salary increase He is worth every extra penny

I attended to Lumus Marion today for a scan and would like to acknowledge the professionalism of William the sonographer that I saw.He had a lovely calming manner about him and put my mind at ease .
I think it is nice to get some positive feedback .Well done William .
