I saw Dr. Mahesh, from endocrinology, regularly for over 2 years and I couldn't be happier with the level of care I received. He really is an excellent specialist, a great communicator and one of the smartest people in Australia in my opinion.

I would not recommend this place as a health worker. I was left 15 minutes but no one showed up to do an ECG for me. I went to check and still told me to wait because they are understaffed and the nurse is doing care plan. Unfortunately I ended up leaving with nothing done because I still have another appointment. They also asked you to do the job that the staff should do, just passing a record for the reception from doctor. The person before me is happy to let me go first because she knew I was in a rush. However, the receptionist lady was taking attitude and refused to take my receipt that should actually be done by their own staff. I was charged before seeing the doctor and they still asked you to deliver the doctor billing paper, wasting people time, especially when they are understaff.

Called for assistance due to serious medical condition and they wouldnt help me because I "may not be a patient". I was recommended there by a GP last year and was unfortunately overwhelmed by their service. I'm not certain but I believe they just want to make money out of their patients.

I then called another service separate from this "company" and was offered double the amount of what I was actually after and they're even sending it out to my house free of charge because I cannot get there due to work commitments.

GP Plus can neck it. Dont use them if possible.

I can't not be more happy and grateful for the absolutely amazing care I'm receiving at the dental clinic. The reception are kind and extremely helpful and Dr Sharma has been nothing short of a miracle worker. Thankyou so much. I would highly recommend dr Sharma for patients with anxiety disorder.

I have the best doctor I have ever had in Dr Bond, she is very caring and careful, been coming quite a few years but yesterday I was devastated at what happened, I was so upset after a pathology test, I needed a swab test , I arrived very unwell with really bad pain in my lung and very tired from no sleep. Dr Bond fitted me in. I was sent for a chest X-ray. The radiologist was so lovely, I think he was Jason? I went around to the pathology test, there has always been a sign on the door to say. If you are diabetic please tell us , every seT was taken it sure how many for the pathology, due to unusual circumstances I had t eaten for 6 hours and wasn’t feeling well due to low sugar and in pain, Most of my tests for diabetes I don’t have to fast so I’m ok, I was on the verge of leaving when ‘William’ appeared, I got up to ask him if I could possibly go in soon , he yelled at me and said you don’t have to fast for a swab! I replied not fasting but feeling unwell and tried to explain my circumstances, he was very rude and embarrassed me, wait out!! He sId he then walked off somewhere came Bach and glared at me and too someone’ else in he came out and I realised I was now next as the othiwere waiting for the nurse, yet again he walked off and was gone 5 minutes, I was about to leave when he appeared and sId come in, and then proceeded to tell me off again saying I needed to manage my diabetes better, and to punish me he said he decided and it was my own fault! 1 have recently lost weight and my diabetes has gone to pre diabetes , at this point I told him he was rude and judgmental of me, I said what is your namer becauti am going to report you He said oh good for you! He walked out and left me, in came a lady and did the procedure I was in tears and very unwell by now, I am by a rude person or push in person, I left went to the desk , he sent me to X-ray desk to speak to A lovely lady Jan or Hae, by this tri was shKi g and feeling faint she sat me down and she comforted me and imminXe me a sweet te and gave me 2 bucyitz, I am so disappointed it he picked on the wrong person

I’ve been trying to seek help for my mental health for over months now, and type 1 diabetes. my doctor (Natalie Giles) who I have seen for the past year and so. and the diabetes educator has refused and or hasn’t bothered with changing basal rates due to having hyper which pump automatically corrects within 15 minutes I’m having a hypo. (Every time I correct for a hyper) also I’ve asked multiple times for a referral to a physiologist and yet nothing done. Also called up plenty of times and have asked and still Haven’t been referred, I’m still having constant hypos after a hyper. I’m really fed up with Natalie Giles. I’ve had complications with her since the first attempt she did with changing my pump settings. I will no longer be allowing the doctors at Marion go plus be changing any settings on my pump or even be touching my pump. I’ve had problems with my doctor and licensing as well. (First doctor I’ve had issues with with) yes I will be referring out of the unprofessionalism of Natalie Giles when I can. But I’m also hoping Natalie Giles isn’t causing issues to other patients/clients. Due to this going on long enough...

I had an appointment in Rheumatology today. I saw Dr. Suellen Lyne and it was the most productive medical consult l've had in years. I've felt very let down by the medical system in COVID times and l felt l was slipping through the net health wise. I left my appointment feeling listened to and respected. Every aspect of my health was thoroughly explored without rush. I'm feeling very confident of a positive outcome.
