I have been using RATIONALE for a couple of months now and my skin has never been more calm, plump and luminous !! As soon as I entered the clinic - Christy (my absolute skin GOD) knew exactly what my skin needed. She was so understanding and listened to my concerns before recommending anything.

I have had 2 facials with Christy and Oh My God - it was unbelievable, my skin was radiating after. Not to mention my self care regime has been taken to the next level!!!

The products and expertise of my skin god are absolutely worth EVERY penny. I no longer have to try and figure out what my skin needs or doesn’t, and the staff have always been so lovely, accommodating and generous with a few samples before committing to the entire bottle when bringing a new product into my routine.

I have been seeing Kahlee for almost 12 months now and her professionalism and knowledge is like no other. Entering the treatment room, your busy day to day slips away and you dont want the 60mins to end. The products have helped my skin feel clear and youthful. My skin is much brighter and feeling less dull and grey since having 3 monthly treatments. We have been slowly building my skincare regime and Kahlee as been helpful keeping this in mind as we stick to a budget. Can't wait for the next treatment at Rationale. x

I had an amazing facial with Claire at Rationale's new James Street clinic. The clinic is beautiful, and Claire was so lovely! She assessed my skin and gave me some welcome advice, followed by the most relaxing facial. I use all Rationale products and have done for a couple of years, and my skin has never been better! I received a gift card from Rationale for my birthday. I have been a long time customer and spent thousands of dollars with this company.
I rang to book in a treatment for my birthday and use some of the gift card toward this treatment. The lady on the phone said they are so severely under staffed I wouldn’t be able to book for at least two months so I wouldn’t be able to use the voucher at all and it would expire. Made no apologies. I thought this was exceptionally rude.
Whenever I’ve travelled to Melbourne I’ve had really lovely experiences with Rationale. The Brisbane flagship is not only under staffed but under experienced and rude. I won’t be returning.
