Best physio I have been to. Facilities are great, use of technology to provide meaningful insights to injuries is second to none.

They are focused on rehabilitation and improvement. They are sensible with their treatment time frames so you aren't going back every week unless required and they actually use the time to work on your injury.

I went in for a couple of physiotherapy sessions with Ben in relation to my wrist injury from climbing. On my first session, I had roughly 50% of my strength prior to injury. After a couple of physio sessions over 6 weeks or so, my wrist is as strong as ever and I feel confident using it when climbing.

The Alta facility looks absolutely amazing and the technology they have gives great feedback and numerical values of how I was tracking with my recovery.

The clinic is modern and friendly. My physio sessions with Brad resolved my pain fast, and he provided me with exercises to keep it from coming back.

They have different testing technology so I was able to see where my pain was coming from and how it was affecting my movement.

The whole experience was very easy

Had a great experience at ALTA. Booked in with Sasha after experiencing some ankle pain post rides

As an avid cyclist I wanted to make sure I was back as soon as possible but most importantly had strategies in place to protect myself from future injury.

After writing me a great pre-hab program I haven’t had pain since. Look forward to getting into the clinic for testing.
