I am disappointed with the level of professionalism at this clinic, particularly from the receptionist, Reece. On multiple occasions, her behavior has been rude and passive-aggressive, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting.

If the staff cannot handle their responsibilities politely, especially during early hours, perhaps the clinic should reconsider opening at 7:00 a.m. Starting later might allow the team to be more prepared and professional when interacting with patients.

I expect better from a clinic entrusted with people's health and well-being. This kind of attitude leaves a poor impression and diminishes trust in your services.

Amazing! 🤩
My first time here, I felt really lousy with blocked sinuses and blocked ears.
But, from the time I walked in, from reception to doctors , nurse and just the whole energy in there, everyone was Vibing!
Happy, chatty and smiles.
Definitely will be going back there.

Doctors @ Teneriffe is an excellent practice. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and my family always feel welcome and at ease when visiting this practice. Dr Megan Morris is an excellent and thorough doctor with both myself and partner, but particularly for our children. We are so grateful for her expertise and genuine care. Brilliant GP clinic, so happy to have found this place! Friendly and organised reception staff, Courtney (I think that’s her name) the nurse has always been so kind and wonderful with my son’s vaccinations, and every doctor I have seen here has been fantastic. They clearly care about providing quality health care, not just churning people through. Particular shout out to Dr Megan Morris who has gone above and beyond to look after my son and I, called to check in and arrange specialist appointments for us. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for the amazing care, empathy and effort you go to for patients 🙂
