Unlike any chiropractor I’ve ever been to before, in the best way possible. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly face. They remember your name instantly and nothing is ever too much hassle. I’ve had my neck, back and hips adjusted plus Dr Sam did some hectic treatment on my jaw after I had pain from clenching. I didn’t even know you could adjust a jaw but Dr Sam did and it relieved a heap of pain immediately. They use a mix of massage and traditional chiro which I find is the perfect mix. Definitely recommend, especially for anyone with jaw pain because that was a real game changer for me.

Dr Sam is just amazing! I did not believe it could be possible, after years of pain due to a very bad posture since I was a teenager, to feel good again, to enjoy again running and exercise after Doctor Sam used his magic touch! I strongly recommend him for his extreme professionality and closeness to people! He will explain to you the treatment, step by step, helped by her assistent Sasha, and you will feel at home with them and you will feel also like you have a brand new body! 5 stars are not enough for Health Hub Chiropractic Teneriffe and Doctor Sam! 🙂

I have been going here for a couple of years now & have reaped the benefits! I have had issues with my lower back in the past and more recently in my neck/upper back due to my work as well as stress.
I get regular treatment to maintain my spinal health & a few months ago Dr Sam showed me a comparison of my X-rays from my initial appt and the improvement shown was great! I knew I felt better but it was cool to see the difference like that.
I have recommended the team at Tenerife to so many of my friends & colleagues 😁

I had ongoing headache / tension around the temple areas prior to the adjustment. I couldn’t sleep well either. And those symptoms had gone on for well over a year before I started seeking help. Since I started my adjustment routine with Dr Sam, it has made a huge difference!! The headache is pretty much all gone. It’s truly amazing and I am very thankful for the positive change. I’ve recently seen Dr Oscar due to a recommendation from a close friend. I’ve seen Chiropractors in the past and haven’t had a great experience, sometimes leaving worse than when I walked in!
Immediately on stepping into Dr Oscar’s office he made me feel extremely comfortable, quickly identified the cause of my neck pain (not just where I was feeling the symptoms) and I was pain free almost immediately! I am one extremely satisfied customer. I would recommend him to anyone considering a Chiropractor. His dad jokes are amazing too!

Had the most amazing chiropractic session! Dr Sam really knew his stuff, pinpointing exactly where I needed adjustments and very thorough with my X-rays.The vibe was so chill, and the staff were super friendly.
