I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic with Dr. Yang today. I went in with persistent throat pain, expecting a professional assessment, but instead, I was met with dismissive and rude behaviour. The doctor showed no interest in properly examining me or providing any advice, simply saying he “couldn’t see anything” and suggesting I go elsewhere. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel completely unheard. Thankfully, the receptionist was apologetic, but no patient should have to deal with such poor treatment from a medical professional. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Yang for more than 10 years. We have been very impressed and have a very good experience with him. Dr. Yang is responsible and patient. We get timely follow-up feedback and medical advice from Dr. Yang every time we have done various examinations. Dr. Yang is skilled in treating various skin diseases and patients feel good. He is a very good doctor that our family likes and trusts.

I met Dr. Yang at the church. It's been almost 15 years now. He's a helpful, patient, warm-hearted doctor. He recommended a good specialists for me when I was sick. So I got my health back.
Wherever he goes, I go He's a doctor I can trust. After every appointment I get a text alert, which very warm. The clinic provided telephone consultation and prescription medicine, very convenient. I'd like to rate the clinic a five.
Thank you very much Dr. Yang for so much service to the patients. Wish him and his family a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

I do not recommend Dr. Karam. The wound treatment was done entirely by someone else, and he started seeing the next patient before my consultation was even finished. I’ve never had such an experience at a clinic before—very disappointing.

If you value your health do not see Dr Karam. He dismissed my symptom even though it was clearly visible saying there was nothing to worry about. However I had my doubts and saw another GP in a different clinic and I was told my condition was due to insulin resistance. It also felt that I was being a burden to him and wasting his time. I seriously don't understand why some people decide to become doctors other than financial reasons ofcourse when they don't value the patients health and make them feel that feel they are burden.

Terrible service - booked a long consultation and received THREE SEPARATE calls the week leading up to the appointment from different administration staff asking me to make it a short appointment (unsure why). Explained each time that I had two medically urgent issues to discuss so needed a longer appointment, and for the third time was told okay all good we will keep it as a longer appointment. Turned up to appointment and half way through the consultation was cut off and told second issue would require another appointment as they only do short consultations to be able to “bulk bill” and will lose money otherwise. I explained I was happy to pay for my appointment as I was told on the phone three times a long appointment would be okay! Very unprofessional service to admit you will only book short appointments as they are the most cost effective and to ask a patient to rebook a further short appointment to discuss other ailments even if they offer to pay for their consultation. Ended up booking with another local GP and paying for the appointment which I should have done in the first place. Will not be back and it seems going by the local community group Facebook page many agree with the terrible service of this practice and express the doctors lack decent bedside manner.
