We had an absolutely fantastic experience. After being advised our 6day old son had an urgent tongue and lip tie, Russel medical had us in for an appointment the next day after calling for support. Location is easy to find with plenty of parking. Facility is clean with a private room post procedure to help calm bubby. Staff are all incredibly friendly and supportive. We didn't feel rushed or like a number and felt supported during an emotional procedure

Knowledgeable, kind and efficient! Finally we got answers for our baby girl. After being told by multiple midwives that our baby’s tongue tie isn’t there or affecting anything, we were finally reassured by Russel Medical that she had both a tongue and lip tie. From being unable to latch for breastfeeding, to immediately being able to latch after the procedure was done, we were amazed. The staff were very knowledgeable and professional, and gave us the advice we needed. Our girl didn’t cry at all during the procedure (which took a couple of minutes!), which showed how professional and gentle they were. Definitely recommend

I have had all my 4 sons medical procedures done here and each time with no dramas or concerns as the team are professional and go through the procedure thoroughly and take care of your son/sons. Admin staff have always been so lovely and friendly too which is why I was confident to come back each time with my boys with great end results.

I'm very happy with my first experience ever taking my 8 year old son for circumcision at Russell's. The process from first phone call for booking appointment through the procedure and after care was all over my expectation. It was seamless, quick and easy. The consultation was informative too, leaving me feeling confident and clear of what to expect. My son had a positive experience too, he's proud of himself and learning about his body too. Highly recommended for circumcision procedure, worth the price. Will definitely use their service again for my second son.

We had a mild posterior tongue tie revision booked for our 2.5 week old son today. As first time parents, we were understandably anxious and worried about this procedure and how it was going to affect our son. I didn't catch the Doctor's name but I want to say Dr. Carly?, who had a consultation with us and performed the procedure, being so hyper-focused on all the incoming information, but we had an absolutely beautiful experience. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to us well. The decision was left for us to make and they never tried to sway our opinion. We decided to go ahead with it. I got teary before he went in, however she was so nurturing and compassionate with us, making us feel like our precious son was in good hands. It was over in a matter of few minutes. He was brought back to us and we tried breastfeeding. She also took the time to guide us through that and made sure we were feeling content and happy, before we left the clinic.
I really recommend this clinic for any such issues. Hopefully, our breastfeeding improves but our son has a lot more tongue movement already, we will just keep up with the exercises that they showed us.

We took our newborn to Russell when he was diagnosed at 3 weeks with a severe tongue tie. They were beyond professional and once the procedure was complete it was a HUGE difference with my breastfeeding with him.

They also did my son’s circumcision when he was 6weeks old, and were again professional and fantastic. They clearly explained the procedure and how to do the aftercare.

We had a tongue tie revision performed by Dr Anil on our 10 day old son. Everything was thoroughly explained prior to the treatment and our baby was brought right to us to feed after it was completed and settled immediately! 2 days later feeding has already improved and we are so thankful for the kind and lovely staff at Russell Medical. This is our second time back as our oldest son also had a successful tongue tie revision here also. Thanks team - highly recommend!
