I have attended this medical centre several times and I have only had positive experiences with minimal waiting times. I have mostly met with Dr Ranka Djordjevic who is very welcoming, thorough and experienced, always listening and exploring the best resolutions by step process and she is a very open communicator and I have always felt very well informed, safe and comfortable. Today I saw Dr Anna Louise Hebden for the first time who conveyed the same expertise traits i expected to receive and I left in the same fashion as I usually do. Always like the doctors here and Angel, the nurse is lovely and so sweet! The receptionists are unfortunately very rude, unhelpful and seem to have no setting above disgruntled employee of the month. Customer service is not in their repertoire, neither is common civility.

I came to this practice as my father in Brisbane recommended it. I am from Tasmania where there is no bulk billing any longer and GP waiting time can be up to almost 6-8 weeks if you can find one to take you. First of all I am shocked about negative comments as my elderly father and I have witnessed only kindness and courtesy towards others in waiting room as well as us e.g.: in wheelchair etc and the elderly. Dr Ranka is super helpful, listening to concerns and holistic in her practice. She knows a lot of specialists around. She did not rush me and never rushes my dad which means the wait time can be a bit longer sometimes but is absolutely worth it as she puts extra care in each and every patient with extra advice.
I witnessed receptionists helping elderly and people in wheelchairs with kindness and doing their best to "squeeze me in" even though I was not a registered regular patient and from different State visiting. They provide patients with extra information e.g.: MyAgedCare etc too. I RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE 10/10 STARS. Thank you Dr Ranka and Receptionists for caring for my elderly father and myself.

Been going here for a few years purely because bulk billed. The receptionists are incredibly rude and patently unhelpful. There is often insane wait times and overcrowding in the waiting room.

They gave incorrect interpretation of regulations refusing to release MY OWN medical records to me. In the past they have made dubious claims about referral processes and claiming they can only give me approval for their own expensive and very unhelpful "specialists" and refusing to release referrals to other practices.

They are ill-informed and rude and now that I am in a position to pay for better care, the only reason keeping me going back (bulk billing) is gone.

The receptionist went above and beyond to get me an appointment when I was desperately sick, even trying my next of kin as my number was wrong on my form. She knew how important it was for me to get an appointment and shuffled things around just for me. The doctors and receptionist have always been kind, understanding and warm towards myself and my family and extremely professional. I will always be coming back here
