I have been a regular patient with Dr Mimi Lee the last 5 years, and I have been with Salisbury Medical Centre for longer. During this time, the reception has been nothing short of professional and courteous in my interactions with them.

Dr Mimi Lee comes highly recommended. In my years of dealing with other GPs, I’m yet to see someone so naturally suited for this profession. She is kind, empathetic and goes the extra mile for you. It is this kindness that inspired me and now drives me in my studies to become a doctor. Hats off to you Mimi!

I had an accident on my hand and I was taken care of by a nurse. She took great care of me. I am so grateful for what I received and I would like to thanks her very much.I don’t know her name but I found her picture on the website. She is the best nurse I have never seen. This is the best thing I have received and I would like to say thanks to the reception who working on that day too.(12/02/2025) Thank you so much for the best team.

We have been seeing Dr Sawyer for the past 20 years. The reception staff are very helpful and will always try and fit us in. The practice is very busy, and we don’t always get to see our preferred GP at short notice but the other GP’s have been amazing. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had lactation consultation with nurse Min, and she was the best!
I learnt a lot and I would recommend anyone who is considering breast feeding!!

My doctor is great. This review is about the Admin staff. You call up and ask them how long will your doctor be until me and they say “yeah come in 10 mins your next but they’re about 10 mins.
You get there in 10 mins.
Then…. Your doctor sees two other people and you end up waiting another 90mins. Id give the staff at the desk 0 stars if I could. This is a regular occurrence and today I went to another clinic in and out in 15 mins.

Unfortunately, this centre betrayed my faith in them and the way they treat long term clients.
I get it's a business and all, but to be so obtuse when there's a misunderstanding is a poor business strategy.
They are now 1 star ⭐ at best.

As for our doctor, my son and i have seen Dr Mimi Li for many many years. She has gone above and beyond with assistance, and has been the most understanding doctor I've ever had.

I have been attending this practice on and off for many years, however since my normal GP has left the practice no other GP actually seems to care about anything you have to say unless you are under 18 or over 50/have a disability/pension card.

The front of house staff are absolutely outstanding at their jobs, pleasant to communicate with and very friendly.

The team at Salisbury Medical Centre really do go above and beyond to make sure their patients are properly cared for. Today I realised that I had run out of one of my daily medications and Dr Sawyer went out of his way to get a new script sorted despite having a full day of patients. Lauren then contacted me once it was ready which was outside their normal trading hours. These two acts helped me to make sure I didn't miss my normal dosage of medication and helped to make a stressful situation more manageable. Dr Sawyer, Lauren and Amanda are such wonderful assets to your team 🙂
