I've been seeing Melissa Copeman for over a year now. She has been incredibly supportive and caring. My recovery has been made so much easier as a result of having professionals like Mel beside me and helping me every step of the way throughout what has been a very difficult time in my life. The admin girls have also been wonderfully friendly and helpful. I feel so grateful to have found Mel, she has truly helped me turn my life around.

The Mood and Mind center has helped myself and my family for many years now.
Each psychologist I have worked with has been incredibly validating, in particular Phil Botha and Melina Rogers. Having these mental health professionals on your side will benefit your overall wellbeing.
If you're needing a diagnosis of mental health assessment done, I could not recommend this team highly enough. The prosses is communicated effectively and streamline. If you're requiring supporting paperwork for anything this team will work with you and support you through it.
Id like to mention the efficiency and professionalism of the reception staff at both the Hope Island and Upper Coomera clinics.

This one is for all the single dads out there with no voice. My ex put my daughter in with Jessica for 21 sessions, I did not concent to. And we have court ordered documents. I asked herself and Gretchen 4 times for the file notes she had gathered on my daughter so I could see her mental health. One of those time I went in in person and paid to speak to her. She still didn’t send it through. Only to find she happily sends it to my ex. I’m purely for protecting my children. I would not send my children here what so ever and highly recommend anyone else to think twice. Any of you single dads out there that has your kids best interests at heart stay away from this place.

Unfortunately I had to give 1 star it would definitely be zero

The mood and mind centre is amazing. The staff are always lovely and Mirinda is an amazing psychologist. Mirinda is so calming, welcoming and attentive. I knew from the first session Mirinda was the professional I was looking for. I am very greatful for the guidance and level of care i have received

Unfortunately my experience from an admin point of view was very unpleasant. Had my appointment yesterday at 2pm but for some reason felt an urge to reconfirm the time in the morning thinking that something was not right. I was told by Linda that as I was in Melbourne and business in Queensland my appointment was effectively at 1pm Melbourne time. Ok, made total sense with the current time difference. Waited for 1pm, then 1:20pm and no link received nor phone call. Rang again shortly after and was yet told another confusing story by Linda. Quite the opposite. 2pm Queensland time therefore 3pm for me, the patient. Lack of tack an empathy knowing it had been her mistake giving me no option but to continue on with the appointment. ended up canceling work meetings at last minute, etc. For all you readers out there, when an appointment is agreed upon and confirm, doesn't logic dictate that it is from the receiver end or else you clarify this by adding AEST or something similar. No apologies given but quick to grab my credit card details in yet another clumsy manner (had to repeat the information several times and was pushed to do it online amidst having all this situation happening) ringing me whilst still in the middle of the appointment which Linda knew had started late because they were not able to send me the right link ahead of time (I was sent two different links and two different staff members following up by email and text) To finalise this story I get another email asking me to provide the mental heal care plan which I had just sent moments earlier!!!. Really disappointed about service and ended up cancelling my remaining appointments. I'm giving one star because this is the minimum option.

I do not recommend Irene, she put me through unnecessary stress which could have been avoided very easily had she done her job correctly. I will never let my daughter return.

To your response, duty of care you say, absolutely ridiculous, I don’t know where or when you did your studies, but the way you conducted yourself was very careless, not duty of care.
