Be very wary of booking holiday accommodation through their website directly. Firstly it took the whole amount not the deposit and after chasing and a period of time they eventually refunded the difference. Then when we had to cancel a few months out from the booking they charged a $32 cancellation fee (on a $200 deposit) even though the terms and conditions clearly say they will refund the full deposit this far out from the booking. My many emails and attempts to get the balance of my deposit have been ignored.

I was shown a long-term rental by Jody Redler for 1250pw and offered 1150pw She said she would not show the owner my offer unless I filled in 4 pages of the REIQ tenancy application she had sent which showed 1250pw I have never been asked to do this by any other agent. She said everyone needs to fill in the form for the owner to be made aware. I did not want to ask 2 references if I was not going to be accepted on price. All she had to do is email the owner. She refused. I think owners should be made aware of offers and if accepted then an REIQ form is filled in with the correct rental figure. This woman has a really arrogant attitude like she owns the whole development. She ruined a potential deal, but as I found out that there are units on many short stay websites I would not have been interested. She told me she had to go to a meeting then I see her walking her dogs. Worst agent I have ever dealt with, ruins deals rather than encouraging them.

Bunnings needs no introduction. They have places their stores strategically around the Gold Coast so you are never far from one. Superb range of house and garden products. You never leave one of their stores without purchasing something useful for the home. Friendly and well-informed staff always available to assist.

We are staying here at the moment. It has 3 swimming pools the heated one is never cold even when you first jump in. The rooms are beautiful. It has Foxtel. We are having a great time.

By the way Rosie is lovely in person.

I had the un-pleasant task of needing to contact Allisee today. It is with regret that my call was answered by a woman named ROSIE. Rosie was amongst other things rude, unhelpful, dishonest and completely un-professional. I believe this is a reflection on the building managers. I do not recommend staying in this building for short or long term as I believe from my experience the management team is completely unprofessional and in-experienced
