DR.Gupta is a doctor that I feel very comfortable with and would highly recommend to family and friends. It's not easy to find a busy GP who is so highly attentive, compassionate and thorough. Reception staff are lovely and very welcoming. There can sometimes be a wait, however, I respect the fact that he is giving needed time to each and every patient.

This review is for Dr Gupta and his friendly Receptionist. This Gp I was by far the best gp I have ever seen. So professional, caring and thorough. He took the time to go through my extensive history. It was so refreshing to find a gp that actually is so knowledgeable. I have a complex history with lots of issues and normally I just get told to go to emergency. I just want to say thank you for taking the time to run investigations and for really listening. Your practise is very clean and your Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Truly blessed to have found an oustanding gp. Thank you.

First of all waiting time is too long that you have to waste your whole day for just one appointment. Secondly, The receptionist there was super rude, unprofessional and had bad attitude, my appointment was at 2:30 pm but I was still waiting till 5:45pm and receptionist was so careless and busy on her own phone talking to her friends or whatever and sending people to Dr who had appointment @3pm or later but not sending people in who were before them already waiting and when I asked that I was first who needs to be attended first, she started misbehaving. Same happened before as well I have to wait 5 hours for Dr to attend me. Time management is worse. Definitely not going there again.And Shame on that receptionist.

Dr. Gupta is the best GP i have ever seen he is very professional and knowledgeable and i travel to visit this clinic because i get wonderful support and guidance regarding my complex health issues. Dr. Sanjay Gupta one of the best doctor.

The wait was a little bit long but I was so impressed with Dr Gupta. He listened, asked lots of questions and did a really thorough assessment. He was proactive with treatment suggestions and I walked out feeling really well looked after. I think it’s a newer clinic so I’m sure as more GP’s come on board the delays will less.
