The reception staff have been nothing but rude,abrupt and degrading every time my partner or myself have spoken to them. On multiple occasions we have called to make an appointment with a doctor but have ended up hanging up before making the appointment as the reception staff were that rude we felt we would not be given the appropriate care if we followed through with using this doctor.
If this was a one off occurrence i would not worry about it or be saying anything, but for it to happen every single time we call i feel is just plain rude!
