I can’t recommend Hanah enough for anyone needing a blood test. I used to always faint during these procedures, which made the whole experience incredibly stressful and anxiety-inducing. However, since finding Hanah at the local QML at Ormeau, my fears have been completely alleviated.

Hanah’s approach is truly exceptional. Her caring nature and patient demeanor made all the difference. She took the time to understand my concerns and worked with me to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. Her understanding and calm presence helped to significantly reduce my anxiety, transforming what was once a daunting experience into a simple and manageable one. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and knows how to handle nervous patients, Hanah is undoubtedly the best choice.

Well, this morning I was in having my usual bloods done, when this large Indian gentleman (term used loosely) was trying (in fact succeeded) to intimidate Leanne, he was rude, wouldn't answer her simple questions, ahhh I can't believe that people can be so horrible to another human being. It really left a bad taste in my mouth, rotten coot shook both girls. Not fair, QML you should have a no abuse sign, so the pathology collectors can refuse service, I know you have a sign saying they need to work in a safe environment but doesn't give them the right to refuse service.

I have known these girls for sometime now, and both Leanne & Angie are amazing.

The older lady that works there is super rude. Made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Every time she asked a question and I went to answer she would cut me off mid sentence as though I was taking too long or something. When i didnt know the exact name of medication she got angry although I had some on me to show her. Also got angry/annoyed and snapped at me when i wasnt 100% sure and had to think about if I had taken nurofen in the past 10days. Definately will not be going back there.

For the first time in my life the ladies who done my blood tests got it first go, all while my son was on the floor having a meltdown..we're alone in Australia so I don't have anyone here so doing things is really hard.. especially doctors and blood tests..and so forth. I'm so glad we walked into this qml ..they definitely are amazing.

Been a couple of times and gotten the same lady. She’s not very friendly and doesn’t have as nice manners. She get’s the job done though.

I've been here a few times and every time the ladies at the front desk have been unkind and the way the speak to people is condescending. Is like they hate their job and take it out on people. This really needs to improve.

Staff super unfriendly bordering on condescending 4/5 times you visit.
Really not a pleasant environment to be in, can’t imagine what it’d be like for someone with a fear of needles!
