My wife had an MRI done here recently. Not covered by Medicare so had to get quotes from radiology providers. This company was almost half price of other well known providers.
Plus the venue is so fresh n clean. Has a giant wall of greenery.
Staff were so friendly and kind.
Highly recommend it for any radiology needs.

Radiologist Dr Muthu and Sonographer Carol make a great team. Efficient and great communication from each of them and between each of them. I barely felt the needle at all and had immediate relief. Thank you Radiant Radiology Ormeau reception staff too, each time I communicate with you in person, by email or by phone you make it easy. Pimpama staff are great too for the few time I have been there also. Great imaging company!

Today I had the pleasure of being treated by a female sonographer, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and kindness, immediately putting me at ease. Her professionalism was evident in every interaction, and she took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.

Her expertise and knowledge were truly impressive. She handled the equipment with such skill and precision, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It was clear that she is not only highly skilled but also deeply passionate about her work.

What stood out the most, though, was her genuine care and compassion. She made me feel valued and respected, and her positive attitude made what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.

I had the most terrible experience at this place I’ve ever had, I booked my 3 month old daughter in for a neck X-ray after confirming when making my appointment they are competent in babies. I drove 45 minutes from home to the appointment. When we started I asked the lady if she had scanned a lot of babies to which she said no. Upon starting the xray, I noticed her pushing my daughters head to one side by the chin instead of the top of the head as you should, especially when there’s pain so I let her know to tell me how I can assist to make sure she can get the right shots. She ignored what I said and my daughter was becoming distressed because of the way she was angling her head, she was scoffing when she was unable to get the shot that she needed and was very frustrated. I have never felt so uncomfortable so we stopped the scan and she grabbed a paper towel and was intensely wiping the gel off saying she had to get somebody else to complete the scan as she was unable to. I asked her to not wipe with a stiff paper towel and explained I can do it with baby wipes and to not touch the baby anymore as she was very rough. When I made the appointment I had stated she was a baby and the xray should never have been started if she wasn’t confident as it was painful for my daughters neck, hence the reason she was having the scan. I’m beyond disturbed at the treatment from this place I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Absolutely amazing!
Having had a serious workplace accident requiring multiple surgeries, I've been to a lot of radiologists, I'm so grateful I found Radiant Radiology - the staff are BEAUTIFUL!
The doctors and nurses listen to you, they take extra care when you explain your anxiety and fears and their aftercare is second to none!
I've been coming here since 2019 and I'll never go to another radiologist again.
