Like most people, I am not fond of visiting the Dentist. Unfortunately, I had no option but to. I found my dentist Alexa Canlas at NDC and the support staff, to be absolutely brilliant. Alexa made me feel at ease and comfortable, constantly reassuring me during my visits. I now ensure I do regular check ups with her. Two thumbs to NDC Townsville.

I recently visited the clinic where I was treated by Dr. Brandon, and I had an exceptionally positive experience. Dealing with tricky decay inside my crowned molar, I was quite anxious about the procedure. Dr. Brandon was incredibly comforting. His gentle manner and constant reassurance throughout the procedure really eased my nerves. He was not only skilled and confident in his work but also attentively ensured my comfort, even applying Vaseline to the corners of my mouth when they began to sore. Very friendly and caring. Do everything to make your visit pain free, yay!! Explain what will be done, and don't try to make you come back for unnecessary work (unlike my previous dentist). I recommend Confidence Dental totally.
