I've been coming to this practice for many, many years and couldn't think of going anywhere else! I've been seeing Dr Ahmed El-Ayoubi most of my adult life and he is the best Doctor I've ever had. All the doctors are friendly though and are willing to help you to be the best you possibly can. Other staff such as the receptionists and nurses are wonderful too!

Yes you may wait awhile as some patients take more time then others and this will have a trickle down effect but at the end of the day do you want a doctor that covers everything or do you want a doctor that just wants to rush you through the door? Your health shouldn't be rushed!

I have been a patient of Dr Roy Abi-Hanna for 5 years. He is the best Doctor I have ever had, so very patient, great listener, very knowledgeable with great insight, and sincerely cares.

And the girls at the front desk are always so very polite and nice. Highly recommended.

Loved Dr Abi Hanna. He’s hard to get an appointment with. I seen someone else today and felt rushed. I was happy to pay whatever out of pocket was required but wasn’t given the opportunity. Will be finding a new GP

I've been seeing Dr Roy Abi-Habba for about 15 years, couldn't recommend him enough. Wait times can be long, same as everywhere, but I feel it has gotten better recently, and the nurses are great! Only place I can go where I won't freak out over getting a blood test.

Pathetic. There for appointment at 11.30am Dr Sor just to get results of blood test so I could inform specialist at booked appointment at 1.30pm. Still sitting there at 1.10pm, 30 minutes after Dr Sor saw his last patient. Informed staff at 12.30 that I had another appointment, but too busy having lunch and carrying on like school kids, totally unprofessional. Didn’t say anything to Dr Sor about me waiting! He obviously was having lunch to. Go to cancer specialist without results. Too good Harrington Park! Too worried about charging people now.

I highly recommend Dr Roy Abi-Hanna and the 2 female nurses at Harrington Park Medical Centre. Since day 1 they have all gone above and beyond for my son and I. We have never waited long, they have always been very thorough and the staff are friendly to all of the patients. I will gladly drive past multiple medical centres on my way just to have this incredible patient care.

The drs here are knowledgeable and caring. I would like to see Dr Abi Hanna whenever my family or I needed a Dr but getting an appointment is impossible. The wait times even with an appointment are terrible - I have often waited more than 40 minutes with an appointment. Also if you need a Dr because you have an acutely ill child - like with a high temp. You will wait longer than an hour if they will even take your appointment. It ia obvious the Drs schedules are overbooked.
Lastly the receptionists. In general they are rude, arrogant, unhelpful and dismissive. They make you feel as anything you ask of them is too much and they struggle with basic interaction with their customers. I work in the health industry and I have never seen such rudeness and dismissiveness displayed to worried and vulnerable people. Shame on them. I would be happy to put up with long waits and over booking, but the receptionists are the deciding factor of why I will not return to Harrington Park Medical Centre.

My family and I have been patients at Harrington Park Medical Practice for 11 year’s continuously. Yes, at times you wait a long while after your appointment time to be seen, but you ALWAYS get thorough attention and excellent medical care, not just from the doctors but also the pathology nurse and clinic nurses. The receptionists have NEVER been rude or impatient. The fact that you often need to wait your turn attests to the popularity of this practice.
