I was referred to Dr Vanessa Lusink to treat my lack of periods and PCOS. I was told nothing new and given the added spiel of take birth control and lose some weight! Her communication was confusing & misinforming and delivered with a lack of care to me in appointments. She did not communicate with my GP despite saying she would & did not send my GP the results of my blood tests, the receptionists at my GP’s practice had to get the blood test results. I was also not provided with my results until I asked for the second time. Receptionists were unprofessional - taking personal phone calls while with patients and cold/curt. Was a dismissive, hopeless & ultimately pointless experience. Wasted a lot of time & money here. Do not recommend for PCOS treatment/help.

I believe Ive got the right location - I just wanted to give a huge shout to Michelle .H.
I rang this morning needing desperately to book an appointment for next week during my husbands days off & I was also having a pretty terrible morning… not only was Michelle insanely kind to a stranger over the phone, she was light hearted, funny & all while working her bottom off (I could hear the keyboard going). She managed to get me a booking next week exactly when I needed it & after chatting while I gave her my information my entire day changed… it was no longer terrible because I’d just dealt with the kindest, funniest lady who lifted my spirits! It’s nice when dealing with someone so kind but also very professional & proficient in her job! Thank you Michelle, you really made my day. It’s been a long time since I’ve rung any customer service & not felt like the person on the other end hates their job lol. Thank you again!!!!
