I have been attending Harmony in Campbelltown for about 10 years. James and Danielle have kept me moving. I have had rehab for work place injuries and exercise and massage for fibromyalgia. I attend once a week now for weight bearing exercises to help strengthen my bones which can be weakened from Breast cancer medication. I am turning 70 this year and without Harmony I hate to think what my life might be like. A big thank you to Danielle and James, Sharon

James Wallace is an outstanding exercise physiologist and fantastic personal trainer who I have been extremely fortunate to work with currently for 14 years. He is extremely professional and designs programs that are completely individually based to achieve both self-improvement and set goals of the client. This includes being able to use the most current and best training methods with up to date and high quality equipment. James positively challenges the client to achieve their physical and mental potential through the excellent training provided at Harmony. If you are looking for an exceptional physiologist and personal trainer, you do not need to look any further than James.
I have also had the pleasure of working with Danielle Wallace and Luke Mcilwain, two terrific exercise physiologists and superb personal trainers.
Harmony has a really great atmosphere where everyone can train in their own space. Danielle and James, two very dedicated parents have established a fantastic family business that really cares about each and every person. If you want the best place to get fit and healthy, try Harmony with tremendous people to work with, you will not be disappointed.
