The worst service I have ever experienced.
Invoice was not sent due to xmas break, manager stated it was due to lack of staff.

They basically mislead the service provider, who should have received the invoice. It was more than 3 months and the invoice had not been issued.!!!

Caused alot of unnecessary follow up.

Went in on a Friday. Picked out items totalling approximately $12k. Needed urgent quote as items required asap. Called on Tuesday. Still no quote provided. Called several times no answer. Guess i have to start again elsewhere with some one who can follow through. Very disappointed

The ladies are great and friendly and helpful. They will chase up items they don't have on stock for you and call when they have it. The service is great.

Poor service, no cares given! A big showroom floor, with a whole heap of staff doing nothing, including serving me. No prices on most items and no concern for me as I wasn’t NDIS funded. When I finally got acknowledged and served, it truely felt like I was an interruption to their day. Never again!!!
