It's been a few months since I've had a massage,so I was really quite tense. Booked for 1and half-hours, Shelley then squeezed another 15mins and more money. Came out worse than I went in. Almost a week later and I still cannot move without discomfort or pain. Just cancelled follow up appointment. Very disappointed. 😵‍💫

Feeling cheated. Payed almost double amount. I booked for 30 mins upper back message. The lady shally was talking nonstop trying to convince me to extend my message time for best treatment and said me how bad my body is. I got convinced and asked her to do full body message for 60 mins. Later, she only gave me back message and was trying to waste time. When I asked her if full body message only includes back she said because my body pain is bad she wanted to focus only on my back and next time she will focus on my leg, shoulders and head. And asked more money to message my head and shoulders. I had to pay extra money ( paid for full body plus extra $for head ) and my pain is much worse now. Terrible experience.

If you want a good massage then this place is okay, however if you want relaxation dont bother. I received a 45min reflexology and the masseuse talked THE WHOLE TIME. He was saying very judgemental things about others (including other workers) and customers. He was not prepared and had nothing ready when I arrived for the appointment. I felt very un-relaxed and uncomfortable.

Had my first experience here yesterday,had reflexology, absolutely amazing. The staff are wonderful caring and inviting. And love that they use coconut oil on the skin. I will most definitely be going back and bringing my partner in for a treatment also.

I made a booking for 3 people and while the third person in my group was waiting for 30 minutes they had to sit there while they took in a walk in, they didn't have time for their massage anymore. And all they said was "thank you for not being cranky about this" incredibly unprofessional.

Sheldon is exceptional at his profession...!
He is able to find your problem, and release that Issue .
His knowledge and techniques are the best I’ve experienced in Townsville .
With only 1 treatment he was able to release my shoulder and knee aches . I’ll be back for sure !

Ive put of anyone touching my back for well over a decade , the ladys here are superb at what they do, i walked out feeling no pain , witch is a lot , if i could rate higher i would, i highly reccomend this place to anyone with back pain.

For starters I wish I could give ZERO STARS but can't, secondly when I asked for whole body with coconut oil emphasis is on the oil I was shocked to see that they had used Coles organic coconut oil unrefined and I felt like I was being buttered up with a butter knife ready to be slapped onto a bbq, and the masseur didn't seem to know how to do a massage, I couldn't wait to get out of my 1hr massage which I did after 30min, told the front counter staff I wish to pay for me and my partner and leave, they ask what's wrong I simply said I was very uncomfortable and not happy, staff said they give me a discount not wanting me to leave disappointed they say how about you pay half and not yours $80 but feeling a little quilty I said I'll pay $100 instead of the total $160, I will never go there again, back to my normal masseur.
