Absolute shambles. If you're looking for assistance finding a job I would wholeheartedly recommend anywhere else! There is genuinely NO interest in any real assistance and their only concern is whether or not you waste your time showing up for their appointments where they direct you to one of their computers. I asked for assistance in writing specific cover letters and despite 3 attenpts (and promises of return phone calls) to date there has been zero assistance from this office. Interestingly I did find my own job (no help from this lot) and didn't go to my last appointment and now I receive daily texts telling me to contact them immediately. Not likely....I have already wasted enough time on them.

This place is extremely unprofessional and at times the staff can be downright out abusive. Ive been with this mob for four years now and have received absolutely no help. Ive been downgraded and made feel like a piece of garbage because Im receiving assistance from the government. Im threatened every time I go in and dont things their way that my benefits will be cut. Im constantly given surprise appointments Im never aware of until my benefits are cut. Theres been more than one occassion where Ive walked out in tears because of the way Ive been treated. Ive spoken to Centrelink about the way this mob have treated me and yet I have yet to be transferred to a new job support agency. The way they're treating people is completely unacceptable, no one deserves to be treated this way. I advise anyone thinking of going here for help to think twice and choose somewhere else. Thank you Max Employment for wasting the valuable time I could have spent studying or actually getting a job calling me into stupid two second to one hour long appointments.

Set clients up to fail. They are number focused and profit focused. I know it wouldn't be the staff working front line, they're under direction from upper management so upper management needs to change tune get off their high horse and be at jobseekers level

Been with max employment for just over a month and i have been provided with course work and certificates. Just complete two courses this months and 20% into my 3rd in the space of a week. Take initiative people for your own miss givings. Ask for reasonable requests within the training framework and when you get courses that say do at your own pace take the time to do them and stop blaming others for your own stupidity. 10 stars for max employment. Ps i have Aspergers syndrome and ptsd and i succeeded in doing what i wanted. No excuses you pathetic plebs of townsville

Very poor service. Have tried yo transfer out twice. Recieve notification advising "not actioned". Have finally got a job no thx to this agency. Have tried to contact them on several occasions. Used their callback service. Never contacted. Not surprised
