Despite my initial nerves, Jodie made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process.
She has a wealth of knowledge to share and she always makes it feel like such a safe space. I’ve had four colonics with Jodie and will continue to have more in the future. The health benefits speak for themselves.
I’ve also had 3-4 sessions in the infrared sauna which has been fantastic.
