My golden retriever Daisy is a regular visitor of JCU vet. We are consistently astounded by the level of love and care provided by the entire, beautiful JCU vet team. A huge shout out to Dr Hannah, who always goes above and beyond in her interest and care for Daisy girl. We are so grateful to this clinic and would never go anywhere else!

Staff were so friendly and advised even before we got there any upfront costs. The vet nurse did a thorough check of our dog and didn't pressure us into anything more than was necessary. She really put our mind at ease and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. As it was an emergency appointment costs were clearly laid out beforehand

The staff and Doctors have always been helpful and friendly, when we have to bring our cat Harry in every 3 months for procedures. We are grateful at how helpful the team are to accommodate the fact we have to travel 4 hour to and from Townsville. Thank you for taking such good care of Harry.

We thought we were losing our dog, Charlie as he will be 14 on the 28th of March. All the staff took extremely good care of him and nursed him back to a full recovery. What a team! Reception staff, vet nurses and the vets themselves are wonderful caring people and it's very obvious they all hold a love of pets. The absolute care and tenderness given to Charlie was outstanding. Letting us call day or night and visit at any point to see our boy brought alot of comfort too.

Very happy with the care provided recently to my elderly Jack Russell. Everyone actually seemed to care about my pet. He is now back home and happily wrestling his furry siblings. Staff really listened to my feedback about his demeanour and kept plugging away at resolving his issues until he was at a point that I was happy to take him home at.

I cannot speak highly enough of the JCU VET team. Super thorough and so so friendly. We had to visit twice over the weekend, and the whole team were amazing. From our first phone call right through to heading home the second time, everything was reassuring, professional, and surprisingly cost effective. Miss Millie is now on the mend and we are all very thankful to the JCU VET team.

Friendly caring staff. We were seen very quickly and the Vet took her time and explained everything to us so we would know what to look out for. The caring nature of all the staff. This put honey at ease even though she was distressed.

These people are so lovely and caring very compassionate. Dr George was so lovely explained everything very clearly and was very supportive. I had to let my beloved dog phoebe go as she was just not well and it was her time. It was the hardest decision of my life, but it was what was right for her, and Dr. George and his team were as compassionate as anyone could be during that horrible time. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very lovely people went out of their way to make me feel at peace with my decision And comfort me.
