I still am walking around with a tear in my shoulder, which is preventing me to use my left arm. I am tried of dealing with the middle man in my situation.All your clinic cares about is making another appointment.I need a real Dr to take care of my health, Not a DR Assistant who has no authority to order my proper health assistance.All you people care about is making money, You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!! And I'm looking for a real Dr to handle my health care sorry

Dr.Ugarte is the best . I absolutely love her she has helped me so much with my health. Doesnt treat you as a # and is very kind.the front desk ladies are also very sweet and helpful. The staff on the other hand are NOT efficient. I've never gotten a telehealth call on my scheduled date or appointment. There's alot of back and forth to force them to follow thru with sending orders to specialists ect. Everyone on the phone says yes no problem right away and you'll wait forever and call back 30x . Also the insurance coordinator is on such a high horse she doesn't feel the need to return calls. Still waiting on her call back about my insurance questions since october... thanks for that.

For almost 7 years, my father has been a patient at this clinic, he was very happy with his doctor, Carlos Conrado, and all the staff. I felt at ease, because from the driver who picked him up, the nurses in the laboratory, the girls from the Front Desk and his Dr, they made him feel great, but for some time now he has not felt so comfortable and he has told me that other patients also complain about the Manager, about the way she addresses patients, that when they have wanted talk to her, she dodges them and tries not to solve their concern, as it has also happened to my father. He is very comfortable with Dr. Conrado, what a pity that due to 1 bad manager in the clinic I must change my father to another clinic because he is reluctant to go!!! I’m sure other patients will too...and I give only one star because there is no zero. POOR MANAGEMENT!

Run for your life. These people don't know what they are doing. Horrible service. Received the wrong medicine and don't want to do nothing about it. Just a lot of things happened to put here. Called to make a phone a phone consultation and person never did it. Had appointment and someone from there canceled it. Beware

While the doctors on staff at this medical center seem competent, their support staff (from front desk, medical team and management) are unprofessional, do not care about patients' time or comfort and fail time after time to follow through on anything they pledge to do. No more.

Worse clinic since my mom joined in she has felt at less 3 times under they care ,when I call and ask questions why she was walking outside the center I was reply with they let them walk outside by themselves so they could stretch they bones so unprofessional they need to closed down -1?

My appointment was at 10:30 for massage therapy they called this lady and then I get up to see how many in front of me she told me four "are you serious" . There are other patients they also have appointments to see different Dr and they wait for them to finish with that doctor to go in with them
