Great apartments close to the beach at coolum. Within walking distance of the local shops for convenience.
The apartments are spacious with good amenities for cooking and washing. Some rust showing on bins was a minor thing. Rooms were clean when presented.
The surrounds are also great with a pool and some apartments have rooftop spas as well.
The office isn't well attended so it can take a few days to familiarise yourself with the amenities and get support. I lost money in the hungry vending machine 😫 overall a great visit and the WiFi also supported my business travels

Fantastic value for money. We had a 1brm apartment that had everything we needed to self cater - but if we chose not to, it was a short easy walk (or drive) to some nice places to eat and drink.

One of the nicest maintained pools I’ve ever seen, with plenty of shade and loungers.

We were ‘left alone’ after check in but the management were always around if you wanted anything. There wasn’t a huge list of rules or any unnecessary interactions, and the place was calm and quiet.

Secure parking was great, with a lift to the rooftop rooms.

Our one and only comment would be that the K bed had a Q bed mattress protector that kept slipping off and bunching up!

This was excellent accommodation. Clean, quiet rooms, with an amazing view of the ocean and bushland. Beautiful shared pool and awesome private rooftop spa. The apartment amenities were great for cooking simple dinners and there was ample space to relax.

The room itself was excellent, basically an apartment with all you need and very good value for money. Had a lovely view to the coast and Coolum itself, parking was easy too. Walking distance to the main shopping area and the beach entrance was not too far away. Had almost enough utensils and crockery (which is rare in such stays), and the grounds were very well kept, with the heated pool, lap pool and gardens immaculate, a credit to the groundskeeper. On the downside the rooms were not particularly clean, a lot of dust in hard to reach areas and the tiny exhaust fan vents and air-conditioning filters looked like they had never been cleaned (I ended up vacuuming the exhaust fan vents myself with the supplied vac). Arrival was trouble free given we arrived outside of office hours with a key safe. Speaking of office hours not once in the 5 days we were there was the office open despite office hours listed as 9-4pm. It could be that the office managers were away, but that should have been made clear. With better cleanliness and open office it could easily have been a 5 star review.

We stayed in April - cool nights and warm days.

The room was a 2 bedroom unit in the second floor. It was spacious and well appointed. It was clean and in good condition.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had enough to make a stay productive.

Free wifi was appreciated and the tv channels were sufficient. There was a good laundry and the showers had a bath integrated into one of them.

The staff were helpful and professional.

There were many shops about 700 metres away - a short walk. A wonderful park was just across the road and great walking path went to a nearby headland. The beach was about 300 meters away.

There was no view of the water unless you were… on the rooftop space allocated to your room!!! This was a very pleasant surprise - comfortable and cozy. The pool was next level - a lane space, spa and beach-like zone.

There was also a sneaky vending machine with drinks and snacks in the car park.

This was an excellent stay.

Loved our stay. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet and spacious. Lovely balcony and well equipped. Kitchen made our stay easy. Bed was comfy, heated pool was a highlight. Easy walk to shops, cafes, beach and Coolum surf club. Highly recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had 5 nights and it went way too quick. Great location with a short stroll to shops and restaurants. The pool area was perfect with the option of a warm swim or a cool swim. The landscaping gave a nice tropical vibe. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was very generous in size and nothing felt dated. We will definitely be back and can not wait.

We recently enjoyed a 4 night stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom Deluxe Apartment with Seaview Rooftop. It was spacious and had a great outlook. The lift made access easy with luggage and as there were only 3 apartments using this lift it was never crowded or busy. It had been carefully prepared and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The electric Bar B Q on the balcony was an added bonus. Easy walking distance to cafes, supermarkets and the local surf club and hotel, it was easy not to venture far. The bus stop is only a couple of hundred metres away with a regular bus service both north to Noosa or south to Maroochydore. We regularly stay on the Sunshine Coast and now feel this is definitely the right accommodation for us.
