I would like to thank Bailey for his excellent customer service. I had to purchase some items for my injured neighbour and there were articles I had no idea of where they would be found. He whizzed around in no time as he knew where they all were.Not enough can be said of his attentiveness and great knowledge of the store.Please pass on my sincere appreciation to this wonderful young man.Kind regards Baz.

Oh Coles...you really are pushing the buttons of the Federal Government, ASIC and yes me.
Its's boycott time.
Currently under review for price gouging, misleading marketing, etc, I am now done with them, permanently.
Please see the attached photo of their 'Special'. Bulla 2 litre ice cream varieties.
$8.00. A fantasy saving of $3.00 from the apparently usual price of $11.00.
Coles Coolum, with your poor customer service, leaking fridges, low levels of stock and blatant false 'specials' i say good bye.
I encourage others to do the same.
I am sure excuses like new staff, parts and stock shortages will be discussed, however the evidence is there.
Aldi here i come.

Quite a few items on special weren't available. Rubbish in trolleys. Not a large Coles so not the range of a normal Coles. Targeted to the tourist rather than the residents. As limited space, not all specials available, and normally empty. Some non-special items were spread out into the special items space so be careful when choosing so you don't get caught picking up items that you think are on special when not. Due to drought & supply issues, no broccoli, cauliflower was green as well as the bananas. No mushrooms ( again). Missing pork items as well. Smaller gluten free range.

A bit of a rat race to get a park. Fairly good store once in there. Sometimes a bit of a wait to get through checkouts.

Completely unprofessional manager on at 8.25pm 31/10/24. The poor staff member had made a simple mistake (probably due to stress and fear of being told off for not stocking “quick enough”) and was being absolutely grilled over it in the middle of the freezer aisle after acknowledging and apologising at least 10 times. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a manager who should be guiding and encouraging their staff members. Not only did it clearly make the staff member uncomfortable, it also made me quite uncomfortable and upset. This definitely should not have been handled the way it was, or in the middle of the aisle. Have some respect for your staff…

Awful click n collect experience. Left waiting ages in bay went into store told to go back to car. Had to ring to be told they couldn't find my order in the roster just wait and here I am 20mins later. Could've got the stuff quicker myself going in store! Not impressed
