I’m not a big fan of dealing with most agencies. From experience, I’m usually left feeling frustrated. I felt I needed to put in a review because we are more inclined to speak when we have a negative experience and rarely pass on our positive thoughts. I rang the office at Wagga Wagga just wanting some advice and a little bit of information. Friendly, very helpful with my concerns and extremely informative. Most agencies you tend to get passed from one section to another and get off the phone not feeling like you have achieved anything in your call. This was not my experience with the Wagga Wagga office. Thank you. This was certainly refreshing.
