Frustrating. This is the second time I have been mis-lead with pricing when phoning to book my appointments. A while back I was told “Botox is X amount of dollars per unit, it depends how many units you need”.
Once in the clinic getting ready for the injections, I was told, no it’s a minimum of 20 units. Which I did not need.
Cancelled appointment.
Thought I’d give them another go later down the track, called and asked for pricing on a Lip Flip, clarified several times what I was wanting. The lady at the desk asked her colleague of pricing, I overheard this. Over the phone I was told “lip flips start from $99, but it also depends on your lips”.
Great. Booked.
In the clinic after waiting for my appointment, the nurse came out and told me, it’s a minimum spend of $280.
This is beyond frustrating. People wait and wait for these appointments and line these appointments up with upcoming events. To be told the “correct” information only after I’ve stepped foot in the door is useless. It’s false advertising.
Won’t be returning.

I highly recommend this place. Friendly staff.
