I cannot recommend Lucy enough! Every time I visit the laser clinic, I specifically ask for her because of how calm, nurturing, and professional she is. 5 stars not enough! Could not recommend any more. I have been with Shivawn now for years and won’t let anyone else touch my face. Her work is truely a skill of art and she takes so much pride in what she does and even says no (when needed of course because it becomes a good addiction) with love just trust her opinion and not to mention the longevity of the products they use are definitely value for money making it worth while. After moving to Queensland 2 years ago made the trip for her to work her magic and can’t recommend her and her team enough they are truely magical and the confidence gained after seeing her is an amazing feeling… will be flying down to visit silk laser clinic wagga again!

Always the best service at Silk! It is more than going in and getting a treatment- the girls are all very knowledgeable and able to answer questions and make recommendations in your appointment, so I always leave feeling confident and happy with the value.
I always re-book with Lucy as she understands my skin concerns and is able to recommend products and treatments that will suit my skin needs and also fit my budget!

Just had the pleasure of having return treatment today at Silk Laser Clinic in Wagga Wagga, I would just like to say not just today with Harmony but every other time I have come for treatment I have felt well looked after. I have seen Beck quite a few times at Silk for various different things and I couldn’t recommend her enough, her level of client care is amazing. She ensures your super comfortable your whole appt, always reassuring you and checking in even when you’ve left the clinic and is so so lovely and easy to get along with.
