I arrived to my consultation to been seen by the very unfriendly Dr Saliba that when I greeted her she said nothing back in return ,which I thought was quite odd ! While being consulted she made rude comments through out which made me feel very uncomfortable and quite upset when I had been going through a lot at that time in my life.
I still proceeded to book in to have surgery done at Auburn public hospital which I shouldn’t have !!!! I never ended up going to my follow up appointment as she has very bad energy to her . Not a pleasant experience highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I do not understand why she would have a bad attitude when I’m giving her my money .Totally unprofessional !! Also the website Le Sands Clinic has a photo of Dr Lucia Saliba on it but is a photo of a totally different person to what i met Not sure what’s going on there !!

Dr Saliba is amazing! I have always been extremely happy with the outcomes of the treatments I’ve received. Apart from Dr Saliba’s incredible professional skills she takes the time to listen and then explain the options and treatments available to achieve the best results. I’ve always taken her advice and I’ve never been disappointed. I have Dr Saliba to thank for keeping my skin healthy and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do my cosmetic treatments.

Samar is also amazing! Samar has magical hands and is very caring. Two minutes into the facial I’m already relaxed and usually only waking when the facial is finished. I’ve had many different skin treatments with Samar and have always been very happy with the results.

I love going to Le Sands Clinic, as soon as I enter I feel like I’m visiting my family. It’s a lovely friendly environment and they really do care. I highly recommend a visit to Le Sands Clinic.

Le Sands Clinic was highly recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I made the 45 minute drive to this beautiful clinic. Dr Lucia was very easy going, attentive and understood my needs/ wants. She has a good eye for creativity and I can really see her passion and expertise shine through in the amazing work she does.

I also got to meet Crystal and Summer during my appointment, they were both very friendly and both also seemed very knowledgeable and experts in their field.

I loved the experience here at Le Sands Clinic and can not wait to be back!

I recently underwent surgery with Dr Saliba, the staff and Dr did an amazing job on my leg.
The support staff were very warm and accommodating whilst Dr Saliba was precise and caring with my surgery resulting in no scaring.

Absolutely fantastic, I've been coming to Le Sands clinic for 3 years to get my Botox injections, facials and have had 2 of my Tattoos removed , Dr Saliba and Somer are nothing but professional ,friendly & their services are exceptional .

I come there to have a second opinion about a surgery to remove a lamp from my breast.
I did like the decoration.
And didn’t like most of the other things. The receptionist was very rude.
I would suggest if you have an online questionary to sign for patient before the consultation. I had to sign some questions on paper on arrival and then during the consultation the doctor was asking almost same questions again and typing them. Also Id suggest if the doctor turns away while the patient undressing/dressing. I felt very uncomfortable while doctor was standing half meter away and watching while I was taking off the shirt. And would be great to have a bit more patience to people with anxiety and sensitivity to palpate.
Overall the doctor answered my questions but I wouldn’t do a surgery with her.

The worst customer service ever!! Very arrogant receptionists at the counter!! I think they are new but no reason to be rude!
When I entered the receptioist did not even acknowledge me despite there were 2 ladies at the counter. Then the lady with hijab greeted me after waited there for 1 minute.
She asked me about my referral letter and I informed her that I do not have it.she said that I need it to get medicare rebate.ive informed her that I've got my referral but taken by the radiologist.i told her to call the GP to get it while doing that, she kept on repeating about I have no rebate and i have to pay full amount.then the other receptionist (no hijab ,slim and wearing cream colour blouse and jeans)also join in to reiterate the same thing!. I dont need anymore demand for me to pay the FULL AMOUNT but has no customer service to assist me further... I told her to call my GP but the line was busy/ disconnected.
Again the lady with hijab told me that i need to pay FULL AMOUNT again and again!
I told her I need to go out to call my radiologist as I can't stand as in front of them who does NOTHING to assist customers!
When i got back,no one was at the counter. I heard they were at the Dr room. I was standing there for a while and no one came..after a while, the lady without hijab came out and said to me" still waiting!!!?
Absolutely has no customer service at all, rude and arrogant receptionist s!!
I ask her to check the fax for Dr referral, again she said it's not my GP referral despite it has all the details of my ultra sound and mammogram and she said she willcheck saliba.again receptions who DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!.
I walked away as clearly they do not deserved a penny for
doing NOTHING!!i
What a really bad, rude customer services!. Never to go there again!

I am a huge fan of Le Sands clinic. Such a personable team and I look forward to coming in. They genuinely care about you having a good outcome. Very easy to become a regular here as they offer lots of different treatments and have good advice.
