Never an issue. I've seen a couple of different Doctors due to turnover, both very good. Reception staff always happy to help. Always follow up. Can't fault the practice.

The receptionist is very rude like hell .no respect to anyone, no customer service. She becomes quite verbally abusive and insulting. She doesn’t know the role in receptionists position. Worst experience …

Reception is awesome but don't book appointment with Dr. Ben. I think his name is Dr. Benjamin. I was there with my dad to discuss his test results. He was repeatedly telling me he had no time to discuss all the details and we can come and see him again if need be.
I will definitely go back but wont see Dr. Ben. No chances

Excellent practice. Dr Benjamin provides thorough and competent healthcare. I see a few negative reviews here regarding him which I suspect are due to those who dislike his charismatic personality, rather than his medical competence.

Called last Monday to book in for an appointment today at 9:30. Got there and my appointment seemed to have been deleted due to over booking Dr Ben. I didnt not receive any notification. I have heard not good things about the practice (In particular Dr Ben) but decided to find out for myself and was disappointed before I could even sit in the waiting room. Do not recommend

I had an appointment with Dr. Ben and he was so kind and understanding. He listened to everything i had to say so intently. I would definitely recommend him and the other staff that was so helpful.
