Saw Dr Elias today for my neck which was stuck looking left and was so painful to move. He assessed me and gave me clear instructions of how the treatment was going to turn out and to his word after his adjustments I could move my neck freely. Can't thank him enough as I'm going away this long weekend and don't think I would of had a very good experience if this didn't get solved so quickly

I have had such a great experience with Amanda at Prime Health and Performance. She has such a professional approach and tailored every part of treatment to my level. I have been struggling for years with tightness in my pelvic floor, excruciating pain on occasions, and an inability to relax, which has affected aspects of my daily life. I have tried many other physiotherapists, but never seen any results and lost hope. In just 4 sessions with Amanda, I have noticed so many improvements and a significant reduction in the pain I experience.
