The rudest receptionist. Honestly, every single time I had to call , she had very poor phone skills. I understand sometimes it can be difficult for a English speaking person to understand a bilingual person, but if you work with the public, you need to have at least good sense. I freak out when I have to make phone calls because of people like her.
Dr Ma is a good doctor, nothing to complain about him or to say amazing things. He gets the job done.

Dr Ma has been our Family GP for over 25 years. He is one of the most compassionate and caring doctor we have ever had to deal with. He is always willing to help out where ever he can. His wife Teresa who is the receptionist is lovely and loves to have a chat. Time management is awesome, you never have to wait too long to see him and even if you did it will be no more than 5-10 minutes and Teresa will be having a chat along the way to make the time go past ?

Best doctor.
His lovely wife would arrange the booking time so well that my family never have to wait for more than 15 minutes. Great time management and Good practice! Which sick person would like to wait for hoursss to see a doctor. But beware if you have a habit of being late. They don’t like patient to be late and affect the next patient.
Few years ago when my little one has the first asthma attack after hour. I rang him and he was kind enough to open door and inspect my child at late night. Thanks for being so kind.

Very thorough and nice doctor. It was Dr Ma that first suspected I had an autoimmune disease and he was right. No other doctor took the time to listen to my symptoms and point me in the right direction. I highy recommend Dr Ma.

Dr was so kind with my three year old, she felt safe and happy to let him check her ears ( she had a throat and ear infection). He has a little puppy dog ? so they play a little. Really nice experience for my little one.

Made appt for 15month old grandson,daughter ran late by 5min as she also has 7 day old new born. Rang out of courtesy to advise running 5 min late.
Receptionist rude as
Got there asked if mother covid vaxed.
No not vaxed ...not asked if exempt just
Not treating your child we have to worry about our health. Shameful so called doctor.
Place looked dirty. NOT RECOMMENED
