I am so so grateful for the support and kindness that Annika has and is continuing to give to me!
I have experienced a significant shift in my health and awareness - i had a tremendous amount of pain from my Jaw, neck and spine due to emotional trauma/stress, leading to daily migraines, stomach problems and severe anxiety.

I have been a client of this practice for over 2 years now. My mind, body and soul have never felt better, I have had physical and emotional trauma, herniated discs and fibromyalgia (chronic pain and fatigue). I am almost completely off pain killers and the only other medication I take is herbal. I now live a very active lifestyle and have a lot of energy. I get the care plans for chiropractic and i think it is wonderful that they include chiro and kinesiology into the same consultation, it is fantastic value for money! I have only ever been treated with compassion, kindness and a genuine want to help and see me succeed to get healthy, happy and pain free. Natural remedies take longer to feel the benefits sometimes as its not just blocking a neurotransmitter in the brain like some medications, so i highly recommend having the patience and using this practice if you want to heal, feel better in the long term and have longevity!

Referred by gp on care plan due to financial hardship for chiro, received mostly kinesiology treatment and sold extra tests and supplements for something that is not medically recognised. The chiropractic manipulation I did receive didn't last due to failure to massage or relax muscles in surrounding areas....
Basically I feel as though I saw a con artist and bought snake oil and my GP agreed...

Annika and Graham are incredible practitioners who have a vast array of skills to help you improve your health.. I always leave my sessions at Spectrum Health feeling better and empowered with information to help me improve my own health.. The reception staff are always friendly and I feel like Graham and Annika really care about my health and well-being.. I am grateful to have them supporting me and my good health..
