Apologize to inform that better change my healthcare insurance provider as seems do not have the necessary and applied benefits for me as continously paying for this for this health insurance. There are payable services offered but not applicable on the health assistance I needed. I am payer for 3.5 years and in all the claim submitted, none has paid.

I will be looking for healthcare provider whom I will acquire future medical assistance rather than continously paying with no future benefit at all.

Do not choose this health insurance so as not to experience the struggle of paying all checked-up and treatment bills experienced by its payers encountered. Can also checked other review app to prove about the experience about this insurance as well.

Today, i talked with a guy whose name is Campbell regarding my insurance. He was the most kind one i've ever talked through the phone. He gave me all the information i need and was really kind from the beginning to the end. I wanted the company to know about Campbell's kindness and efforts so i left a review!! thanks

The quality of service has been significantly declining. The claim process has been slowing down, and exceeding 14 day window as they promise. When I complained, the staff mentioned they are overwhelmed with the amount of incoming claims and asked me to wait for 3-4 weeks. Such a shame, I always pay my top coverage premium on time, which is the most expensive policy in OVHC, and they are paying poor service in return. If this keeps happening, I will stop using their service.

This is the worst ever health insurance cover. I paid insurance for my son who was overseas for 2years and had to change service provider before he came to Australia. I explained my situation and they promised to refund. I was told to get official records from immigration for my son of which l did but employees became rough after all my efforts and refuse to pay back even a cent.

I submitted my claim on the 31/10/21 and still have not heard of any outcome. The claim does not even appear in the claim history. Pretty disappointing. I have been mailing different people for months now but am always just told its the other parties that are delaying the process.

worst service, the organisation is deducting $101 per month from my account while I was suppose to pay only $74 per month, customer service is too poor, it took 1 hour to talk to manager. After talking to Manager AMY she said I will get refund in very rude way. I am just asking why your organsation is deducting excess money from my account.

if I personally didnt check my account history, They would have taken ablot of excess amount. Thats their responsibility to check. Please check your account history if your using their service and dont use their servcie.

Worst Insurance company I’ve ever used. They say they will reimburse you your medical claims within 5 business days and I don’t even get my refunds with in 2-3 weeks.

Recently in January I purchased a new policy with NIB and I paid in full for the policy to be started from March (2019), and IMAN didn’t stop my previous insurance and taken out $225 from my account for the month of March.

When I enquired they said, it was my responsibility to ask them to discountinue my previous policy. Pathetic!! Don’t you have all the records? Don’t you have brain that a person cannot afford two health insurance policies at the same time ?

I strongly recommend people not to go with IMAN, pay more for BUPA or other insurance and live peacefully.

You paid for what you get. It's one of the cheapest on in the market with few services included. It is good if you don't use much GP or other health services and for visa purposes. The online customer service is excellent and efficient. Recommend for those who are healthy and need a cheap cover insurance for their graduate visa. 🙂
