Was easy to make appointment and didn't have to wait very long. Dr was very nice and seemed to genuinely care about patients instead of just trying to 'get the job done'. Would recommend

It’s sad to see the rating of this medical center is being driven down by negative reviews around the receptionist. While I do feel some of those sentiments, we shouldn’t let that distract us from the quality of the GP.

Dr David Tang is the only GP in this medical Centre and has been our family GP for at least the past 20 years. He has a genuine interest in his patients and never rushes anyone out.

The long waiting times is a testament to how popular and thorough he is.

Then the Phlebotomist in the Centre was great, very friendly and efficient

Worst receptionist ever. I was very polite asking her about the time available for medical certificate. She rudely tells me it's full . She didn't bother to tell me the next available time until i asked for it. It was like she wanted me to leave . May be the doctor was a good guy but seriously change the person in the reception man. She cannot even reply in proper english. Never coming back again.

Useless receptionist. All I wanted was a renewed referral letter. The receptionist made me wait for 45 minutes. When I said why can't I go in, she said others have appointment. Later she allowed a couple with no appointment to go before me. She was an aged asian lady with no manners. Awful. Never going there again.

I would not even give one star to this medical centre.
The Doctor is very unprofessional and doesn't bother to take your full history nor does he care to check you up.
He just keeps referring for scans and blood tests which obviously is a business.
He kept sending me for scans before even listening to what my complaint was!
The Medi lab assistant is very professional and good though.
The level of GP's in Sydney is so poor?
The receptionist though was good to me.
I would not recommend people to go here for a checkup at all.
It's just his money making business. Save yourself the hassle.

Very worst, looks like only made for money. They Let everyone wait for 1 hour to 2 hr... old woman in reception was very rude. There was not even a single doctor when 5 patients were already on que... waste of time....

Dr Tang is nice and patient. He is the only GP in this medical Centre. I see comments complaining about long waiting. That is probably the next door medical Centre, Homebush West medical Centre. I was waiting 45 mind for a Booking, and treated rudely by the female GP. So I swap to Dr Tang for my GP service.

No issues with doctor. However I waited two hours in delays. More people were admitted ahead of me than I was told of. Significant waste of my time, will not be returning. I seem to be echoing the consensus of other reviews.
