I've been seeing hygienist Karen for a year now and she's been amazing. Very thorough, professional and approachable - she isn't shy to tell you what your oral hygiene needs yet she does it very respectfully.
She's upfront with pricing. She's also very patient with my toddler when he visited for his first dental check. Both Dentist Huy and other have been excellent during my invisalign treatment. Thank you 😊

If you are looking for a trust worthy dentist, avoid DR HUY NGUYEN at all cost for a number of reasons:

- Dr Huy Nguyen is a rip off - be cautions!
- Dr Huy Nguen makes empty promises!
- Dr Huy Nguyen cannot man up to his client but gets his receptionists or dental assistance to lie to his patients!

So if you are looking for those qualities above, seek Dr Huy Nguyen. If you need a dentist that cares about your need seek elsewhere.

I've never seen an unprofessional dentist and does not care about their patient. Maybe go back to basic with customer service training.

I have had most of my wisdom teeth taken out there and usually come here for a teeth clean. I've always had a pleasant experience: the dentists are gentle, efficient, and always very thorough - with strong attention to detail. They get the job done well.

I moved away and went to another dental clinic in Double Bay - however, I noted that after a teeth clean there was still obvious tartar and plaque that remained. I returned to Mary Street to have my teeth cleaned and the dentist was able to thoroughly remove everything the other clinic had missed. My teeth finally felt clean again.

I'll always come back. Thank you so much for helping me through my arduous oral journey - from complex wisdom teeth removal, to spotless teeth cleans. I'm also grateful they never try to upsell me (as so many dentists do), and instead just prescribe what is actually needed.

Seems like a alright dentist only really went for a checkup an clean, tidy dentistry. Only gripe was with the checkup was just a visual one, no xrays or anything for like 200.00 and was referred to a Xray centre to get my own xrays which probably cost another 200.00, seems expensive and a bit out of touch, as most other dentists would do a checkup an clean for 180.00 to 200.00 but include xrays as part of the price./ In reply thats because thats not my full name, but you must admit having to go an pay for external xrays for a checkup is pretty rare, ive never come across it, so really the price of a checkup at your dentist is like double most other places if factoring in xrays.
