We transferred my mothers services to Bliss Nursing from another aged care provider end of 2024 & that was the best decision we ever made. Melissa & all the team at Bliss Nursing have been fabulous. Melissa has been outstanding to deal with from day one as she has always been reliable, honest and easy to communicate with. Such a valuable team player and member.Their utmost commitment to their clients & their needs are commendable. They truly do care for the welfare of all their clients. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone looking for a new provider or wanting to change from another. My mother & I are delighted to be a part of this amazing company & team. I’m writing this review on behalf of my grandparents. We are very pleased with Bliss they have been very welcoming and helpful since my grandparents joined. They have Turkish speaking carers which is a huge bonus as my grand parents are limited in English. I’d also like to thank case manager Melissa for always checking in on my them and doing frequent visits.
