I only come here for my regular prescriptions and occasional doctor's certificate because I live nearby. I go to other doctors for real medical help because the doctor here is awful at diagnosing illnesses. lol

You know how most doctors have patients sit next to their desk instead of having a table between them? That's because it makes it easier to EXAMINE patients. This doctor positioned the desk to be far from patients and I understand that was the COVID measure, but even to this date he refuses to get up and examine the patients.
Coughing your lung out and negative for COVID-19 on multiple tests? No stethoscope examination. Antibiotics for 2 weeks. Still coughing painfully? Acid reflux meds for 2 weeks. Still coughing? Fiiine go get an x-ray because I don't know. No stethoscope, no saying aah and looking in your mouth. Nothing.
Skin lesion? Won't even take a look. Tells you have tinea. Fungal infection. Turns out it was a tick bite. Tick bites can lead to Lyme disease. Had a serious allergic reaction. I bet if I went there again, he would've told me I have shingles without taking a close look at it 🙄🤦‍♀️

The doctor ignores patience's symptoms.
I was getting treatment for my weak bone from other clinics. Because I moved to Lidcombe, I went to this doctor. but he refused to give any treatment. Now I am living another place and getting the same treatment which he refused to give. horrible place.

Please reconsider visiting this clinic.
This GP has no interest in you or your illness. He just sits there claims on Medicare He would search google your illness and prescribe the ANY medication. This clinic MUST be reported to Health Care Commission Australia.

AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COST!!
My mother asked if she could receive her prescription for her blood pressure medication as she didn’t receive one for her previous visit. The reception lady continuously refused to notify the prescribing doctor with excuses. They also asked her to pay $20 to re-book for Telehealth consultation Eventually the doctor contacted my mother and she tried to explain she needed the prescription to receive her medication. HOWEVER this fool of a doctor refused to consult her and literally told her to go to another medical practice. I could not believe what had happened, I work in an Emergency Department and THESE ARE THE TYPE OF MEDICALS THAT WILL EVENTUALLY MISDIAGNOSE AND EVENTUALLY HAVE THEM PRESENT TO ED.

This looks dodgy from a medical point of view and I will report their illegal practice to the HCCC or NHPO or AHPRA as the GP refused a patient care

I had a wonderful experience with this establishment. The staff was friendly, kind, and highly professional. The GP was attentive and made genuine efforts to understand my needs as a client. Overall, it was a great experience

I wanted to give 5 stars for the GP I saw, but 4 because of the receptionist working there. Make sure you know the fees you are expected to pay before you speak to her because she seems to overcharge whether knowingly or unknowingly. But the doctor was fantastic!

Don’t waste your time coming here. It’s impossible to get an appointment because he takes on patients for acupuncture which isn’t effective in the first place. Not willing to explain diagnosis and is very dismissive of concerns and queries. A real representation of how incompetent this gp is. A true let down to the community

Would give this place 0 starts if possible.
Misdiagnosed by this gp on numerous occasions. It’s a waste of time to visit this gp. Did not recognise chicken pox, diagnosed it as insect bites. On another occasion was told no X-ray was necessary after a fall but turns out it was a fracture. I’m highly concerned that a gp can not recognise very basic and low level issues.
