I go to this Centre a lot of times and each time I wish there is ten centres like United Care Medical Centre. It doesn't matter how far I travel but worth it. Doctors are very helpful and understanding, they feel your pain. They're willing to help, unlike others I've been to at some Centres. Service at United Care Medical Centre is number 1. Very disappointing when it comes to booking an appointment- feels like the concept of “appointment times” is completely disregarded.

The lack of organisation and communication from the receptionists is frustrating and makes the experience unnecessarily stressful. If appointments cannot be honoured on time, what’s the point of offering them? Patients’ time is valuable, and this ongoing issue reflects poorly on the clinic’s management.

I hope improvements are made to ensure better service and respect for patients’ time.

Disappointing Experience with Reception Staff

I recently visited here and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the receptionists were not only loud but also quite rude. Their conversations on the phone seemed to take precedence over attending to patients, which was incredibly unprofessional.

I had made an appointment with a specialist and arrived early, expecting to be seen on time. However, despite being punctual, I was left waiting for an extended period without any communication. It’s frustrating to think about the purpose of making appointments when the staff consistently runs late and fails to notify patients about delays.

Additionally, there seems to be a troubling "you know who" system in place, where certain individuals receive priority over others without any clear rationale. This kind of favoritism is not only disheartening but also reflects poorly on the clinic's overall professionalism.

Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to address these issues. Patients deserve respect and timely care, and it’s essential for the reception staff to uphold a standard of professionalism.

Place charges 50c for printing per page and $2 for fax. Management of this place is horrible and sketchy. Also can only pay in cash for the printing. The reception said the Drs cannot view a digital copy.

Had the worst experience ever today. I took number 1 from the laboratory and there was one lady who took 2 after me. And after 10 mins that lady came to me and said I waited outside for half an hour so 1 should be me and the receptionist forced me to swap the numbers as she knew that lady. Receptionist even said that even you have number 1 I will not let you in.

What a shameful act she did today.

The receptionist has a bad attitude toward the service. Very very bad bad receptionist!
If the patient walks in is not important and does not think of facilitating, next time you don't accept it.
The doctor is good!
