Recently had my first skin booster treatment, very satisfied with the treatment outcome. My skin is much more hydrated and glowy. Will continue. Shout out to consultant Zoe who is very professional and friendly. She explained my skin condition very detail. Nurse Loly is very experienced and introduced each steps.

Do not visit this clinic, they charged me $200 for a free 30-min consultation after I decided not to do Hyaluronate Injections there. It’s just ridiculous.

I had an amazing experience at LUXE. Sammi has been great at recommending treatments and I feel very taken care of. All in all, I’ve done the M22 facial 4 times, skin booster once and several injectables including Botox and filler. Each time they made sure it was painless and that everything was catered towards what my skin actually needed. Thanks!

Price was good in Group on but the duration was much less than what supposed to be.
This 3 starts is for the young lady who's working there. Her name is Ann.
I had a few treatments there but she was the only one who cared about me as a customer so I decided to give 3 stars to this clinic.
Unfortunately instead of 25min treatment they did even less than 10min every time.
Every time they changed staff which is not professional at all.
A lady who is behind the counter didn't have a good attitude with me, I think she is one of the managers.
When I said can I have the same lady next time, she said you can't and we change the staff every time 🤔
Anyway, not a good experience for me.

Had a wonderful experience at Luxe Cosmetic Clinic Rhodes. Staff was very professional and explained well about the machine they are using. At the start of the session she told me when I can expect to see the proper results and what would be the progress every week. I would highly recommend this clinic for laser hair removal.

I would give this business zero stars if I could! I recently purchased a voucher for 3 treatments at the Rhodes branch. They said to make a booking inquiry via email which I did. I did not hear anything back nor did anyone pick up the phone for days on end when I tried to call. Finally someone got back to me and said there was no available appointments but they would let me know when they could fit me in. 2 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything from them. I called again and got through and they booked me in for the following month (had to wait another few weeks!)
The NIGHT before my appointment I received an SMS saying my booking was cancelled because the lady decided to go away on holidays. I sent a message back asking for another appointment but noone responded. I called the next day and the lady at reception was super unhelpful with no apology whatsoever and not caring at all that I felt I'd been messed around prior to this.
They should not have vouchers if they don't want to accept the clients who buy them!!!! WORST BUSINESS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!
