The doctor and nurse were so kind and gentle, it really put me at ease. The clinic was spotless and the receptionist was warm and welcoming. I also managed to get an appointment within a day after I called. A+ experience.

For a free service this place is wonderful. This clinic is not perfect, however Ive had continued care over the years and received treatment and learnt a lot.
They also treat anyone, I had a friend from America visit and they treated him for free.

Yes, there could be some touch ups in professionalism, but for the price, who could complain!!! Thankyou

If I could I'd give one star. First doctor yelled at an ER doctor when he called them for advice on treating me. I made a complaint about her behaviour and was given a new doctor. She was never punished. I was a patient there for more than decade. Had always been pleasant and professional with all staff there. Last doctor I had, put my life at risk several time over the period that I had seen her. Not reading my file properly, prescribing the incorrect medication, treating me as if I was a danger to her health. I called her incompetent and they made lies up about me. Saying that I'd always had a history of being aggressive. The social worker broke confidentiality to stab me in the back. I was then kicked out of their clinic permanently and given a black mark against my name through their lies. I'm totally powerless against them and they know it.

Really, don't go here. There are so many other better places that will respect your confidentiality and won't put your physical or mental health at risk. These people might smile and be pleasant to your face, but it's a den of vipers that will destroy you in the end.

Dr Emma and nurses are very helpful and friend ly. It was my first time visiting the clinic and Dr Emma is super sweet and caring. She answered all my questions and listened to my worries. I feel comfortable with the treatment provided. Highly recommended!

They are an amazing group of Drs and Nurses. Dr Tomlins very professional, personable, very knowledgable and experienced. Nurses are also very friendly and helpful. I feel like they are always there to help. We are lucky to have access to these outlets in general. Thank you all 😀

The doctor and receptionist are great. However, i was told that this service centre is solely designated for alphabetical people and the fact that they would not provide services for normal people like me is annoying, disappointing and disgusting.
I am paying tax so the government would exempt me and me like people from serving help people that i don’t agree with. 💔🤬😡🤬🤯
I am getting sick of this approach.

I was rejected on 2 occasions for testing including being denied HIV testing on both those occasions. I dealt with a male nurse who independently advised me, based on their own visual evaluation, that I did not need testing. I was unaware we were doing only visual evaluations and excluding testing. The doctor/nurse(?) then went on to tell me I was using up resources/budgeting and the clinic had limited resources.

You are there to give medical advice. Not make people feel ashamed about what they do in their personal life.

To laugh at someone's medical symptoms. That's rude.

I really detest the service they provide here. So very condescending.
