This service is in a good location and offers clients different services that vary in price depending on length and modality. Clients are well informed on the options and they have the ability to select their preferred professional and service. Wellbe also facilitates the option to change these during the client's process, which does not happen in other services.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Wellbe Psychology, particularly by Miss Rita Tawil and Avishen Saurty. As a father in a high-conflict family situation, I have serious concerns about their professionalism and care. Key issues include:
1. Failure to Obtain Consent: Despite shared parenting responsibility, I was never contacted or asked for consent before services were provided to my son which was arranged by his mother. I am separated since June 2019.

2. Unethical Recommendations: After only two brief sessions with my son, Ms Tawil made significant recommendations — such as removing my son from my care — without reviewing critical court documentation, which would have informed her approach. This has led to the mother denying me access to my son. Despite having Final Parenting Orders from the Federal Court of Australia affirming my shared parenting rights, as well as a Child Impact Report documenting the parental alienation directed towards me.

3. Lack of Response: When I raised concerns, I received no response from Wellbe Psychology, showing a lack of accountability for the impact of their recommendations.

The services provided were unprofessional and damaging to an already difficult situation. After several months and a formal complaint to the Health Care Complaints Commission and the Psychology Council of NSW, I finally received a retraction, but only after multiple calls and an official complaint.

As great as the therapist is it’s absolutely disappointing the receptionists can’t cancel my appointment. After phone calls and email, they placed no notes of my cancellation. Apparently not their their job !?
It’s apparently my therapist job to manage their admin work. I’m absolutely shocked ! Let’s hope I don’t get charged otherwise I will issue a formal letter of complaint for their irresponsible

This was my first time getting counselling and help after suppressing my emotions for many years and my experience here just made it worse. I booked an appointment in November 2022 and had my first appointment today in February 2023. The closest availability to see a professional psychologist took 4 months and it was the most awful experience i have ever been through.

The session was over zoom call and from the very first opening remark being 'welcome to wellbe psychology and so forth', I already could tell he was not interested in me in the slightest and was seemingly just going through the motions of a standard job.

Throughout the whole interaction it felt like an interrogation and I wanted to leave 10 minutes in. There was no smiling or empathy or even any sense of a welcoming environment. I kept getting weird blank stares and silence for minutes without any indication of why (perhaps he was writing things down or reading notes from his screen, I do not know) and it was just very awkward.

The way he framed the questions seemed like I was being invalidated for how I was feeling, like asking 'do you think it's worth feeling these negative emotions' or 'what benefit do you get from being negative, isn't it better to live life not worrying'. It just made me feel small and even more insecure than I already was.

Halfway through, the zoom meeting ended and I thought he had just completely cut me off the call and I couldn't hold back my tears any longer. After being able to get back on the call, I assumed it was a connection issue and he responds quite dismissively 'mhm mhm' and goes straight back to his script of questions without a care. At this point I just wanted to leave but I held on to the very end. Not once did I feel a sense of security or comfort.

For my very first experience meeting with someone who is meant to help me I felt anything but. I was extremely stressed and did not feel safe at all. It left me fully bursting into tears after the call ended and I am left feeling worse than I was before.

Within 3 months I have booked twice, first with Jessica for 14 December, then I received a text message saying it was cancelled. So I called and booked in again with Emma for 6 Feb, and received another text message saying it was cancelled. I called the office and the lady said I should go back to my GP to refer me to another psychology practice. Just Wow. I understand you are busy but why keep taking bookings and cancelling them. It's a waste of time.

Its Very disappointing starting today can still do bulk billing but on waiting list 3-4-5 months?
