I’ve been coming to Ryde Natural Health Clinic for regular remedial massages and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. Every visit leaves me feeling so much better – the therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about your wellbeing. The clinic itself is welcoming, clean, and professional. It’s become my go-to place for looking after my body and I always walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I came here just after the new year after spending Christmas in so much pain from a pinched neck that bore pain down to my shoulder blades. First it was mild then so intense even swallowing hurt. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning upon calling up late arvo. I was put with Anna K who was really intuitive with my body and you can tell she knew what she was doing. It wasn’t like getting a relaxing massage. There was relief that day but still pain. I was doubtful. The next morning I woke up and it was the best I felt over the past 10 days and basically my body recovered from therein (which was what Anna had said “give it two days” - I was so skeptical!). If you’re reading this, thank you so much!

I’m currently waiting to have my second remedial massage - with a different practitioner. Waiting room is very comfortable and relaxed, friendly receptionists and admin team. Also the chuppa chups are of course a bonus!

I have been visiting this clinic for five years, and even though it’s quite a distance from my home, the journey is absolutely worthwhile! Dr. Evan is an outstanding osteopath who has been addressing my lower back issues and overall osteopathic care.

I also enjoy their massage services, and the staff is incredibly skilled and fantastic!

As for the back office/ reception team, led by Ashley, they are always welcoming and helpful.

Overall, this clinic serves as an excellent one-stop destination for all my physical wellness needs.

A perfect place to go for physio-led Pilates classes, where the program can be tailor-made for you. A shout out to physio Scott who expertly looks after my various ailments, whilst always maintaining a friendly, chatty and professional nature. 10/10 would recommend.
