I've been seeing Dr Fallah for many years, a product as a baby boomer of spending too much time swimming and playing cricket well before slip slop slap etc...
He is kind and knowledgeable, and thorough. No one likes to get cut or burnt but he is very good.

I was referred to Dr Michelle Hunt in 2008 by a Professor of Dermatology in order to have various skin matters attended to. I received wonderful treatment from Dr Hunt, her nurses and the receptionists. Over the last 16 years this wonderful service from all areas of the practice continues, as my needs change and are attended to. I did try one other practice as it was closer, however, after one visit, I quickly returned to Dr Michelle Hunt's practice at Rhodes. It is some distance for me, however, the professional attention and service I receive is absolutely worth it for me. I have recommended many people to this practice and they only have good things to say. It is a very busy practice, so appointments do need to be made in advance, with the wonderful help from the very obliging and kind receptionists.

Not so much of the dermatologist but the receptionist. Rude and unhelpful probably because I’m Asian. Long story short, I was turned away by the receptionist (booking was made for my baby but she’s gotten better) as I want to keep the appointment for my toddler with severe eczema instead(brought my referral letter along). Instead of wasting the time arguing with me and be seen by the DR, they said she will be seen next year in Feb ‘25 as my referral letter is not an urgent referral letter and if I want to expedite the booking, I should get my GP to call them to make another booking! What a waste of time !

I had a xanthelasma laser removal by Dr. Richards. Everything was explained thoroughly and he and the nurse showed empathy for my concerns. They were professional, competent and kind. Reception was friendly too. I was nervous for the procedure but I did not need to be - Dr. Richards was so gentle that I felt virtually no pain for the local anaesthesia. I even got a follow-up message to check in if all was well.

I've had a number of consultations with Dr Hunt and had 6 emerge sessions at this practice. Dr Hunt is super professional, knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns and feedback. The nurses performing my laser treatments were very professional and I'm happy with my results. It's a busy reception but the receptionists have always been professional and friendly! Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Dr Michelle Hunt for almost 25 years and have had many treatments - both medical and cosmetic. I couldn’t recommend Dr Hunt more highly. She has always been caring, professional and absolutely expert in all that she has treated me for. She definitely cares more about her patients than making money and will recommend what is right for the individual. I would have to be desperate to go anywhere else.

Have been to this clinic a few times and have been very pleased, Stella the laser nurse is very caring and professional, with loads of experience definitely in safe hands here and they do great aftercare .
Dr Shawn Richards has a lot of knowledge and excellent bedside manner .
The entire team from front desk where it all starts are a great team I highly recommend this Dermatolgy practice.

I went to Inner Sydney dermatology mid this year, as I have significant redness on my face, with acne and scarring. I also suffer from hair loss. I had a couple of sessions with Dr Nghi. She is friendly but was inconsistent and hesitant with the treatment plan in the two sessions, and didn't give me any reassurance or confidence in what she was doing or saying. It was determined that I have KPR on my skin, and would get laser treatment for it. My third visit was my laser treatment with nurse Stella. She was the worst, she put the wrong setting and did laser treatment for rosacea instead of kpr. During the laser, she was doing it so quickly even though I'd call out in pain and ask her to take it easy on me, but she completely mishandled me and just wanted to get it over and done with. Above all that, she gives me an attitude and was not professional. I paid around $1000 at my time in this clinic, and got ZERO results. Dr Nghi did offer to refer me to another more experienced dr, but I would have to pay another consult fee of $250. So they experiment on my skin, and I waste my money and have a stressful time. Worst experience ever, and wouldn't recommend this place to others. Because of my awful experience, family members have selected to go elsewhere for their treatments. What a waste of time and money.
