I was a long-term patient of Dr. Sulfaro before moving overseas. When I recently tried to book an appointment, I was initially offered a time, but after mentioning that my partner also needed to attend, I was told they weren’t accepting new patients and that I should go to another clinic. I explained I was a returning patient and willing to pay privately due to changes in their billing practices, but was still told no appointment would be available — now or in the future. I was surprised and disappointed by the response, especially as my records are still with the clinic. I always found Dr. Sulfaro to be a kind and thorough practitioner in the past, but the experience left me feeling unwelcome after years of care.

They each are very Thorough and Knowledgeable.
I’ve been visiting them for over 15 years. Sincec I was born in 1993.

One key component is the Reception team. I couldn’t fault them at all. They are quick, efficient and that’s reoccurring over 15 years.

I've been to Burwood Family Doctors for over 7 years now and all I have are positive words. I've seen all the doctors there (mostly Dr Pau and Dr Vicky) and I always feel like I'm in good hands. They are professional, caring, thorough, decisive and are quick to identify health issues before complications arise. The appointment times are not always on the dot, however, I never mind waiting as they take the time to really understand each patient. The receptionists are helpful and I like how they remind you when you are due for something. I'm grateful that I have stumbled upon this medical practice, great doctors are hard to come by these days. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - in fact, a lot of my family and friends go to this practice now.

I just went to the clinic for my appointment at the new address today. They have moved to 90 Burwood Rd Burwood which is on the other side of Westfield shopping centre now. It’s quite easily to find, once you’ve crossed Wilga St., they are the 2nd or the 3rd shop from the intersection.
I’ve been seeing my doctor at the clinic for many years, my doctor has always been patient with me and efficient with our appointments. I quite enjoy my appointments, I get in,get the job done, and get out. Simple!

New patient should avoid this center if you want to have good mood for the rest of the day. Receptionist had no patience to answer your reasonable questions, one of them was very rude and did not bother to explain the private billing clearly. And, they would not admit the fact that they did not tell you what you need to know for fees. if you ask too much, they are just ignore you question and simply ask: "you pay credit card or cash? "as if you did no ask anything, even you ask again.. and again.

I have been going to the clinic for a few years. The front desk staff are always efficient and polite. I have seen a couple different doctors there, they are all professional. The offices are clean and well maintained which makes me feel safer to visit especially since COVID hit. Burwood Family Doctors is THE place to visit when any of my family members are sick or need any medical assistance

I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years. I don't have to come often as thank fully I am not that ill. However Dr Anna is brilliant, she truly cares and although her appointments may run a little late it is because she gives her patients the time they need. My family members who visit Dr Anna really appreciate her care and thoughtfulness and we are very grateful to her.
