We had a first appointment at the Practice with Dr Stephanie and I have to say, she has the best GP bedside manner I have ever seen. A lovely, thorough and considerate approach with my daughter. Never felt rushed and Stephanie really wanted to start getting to know us as a family. It is really wonderful to experience this. Thank you so much Dr Stephanie. Will definitely be back.

Friendly reception. Really great GP with good medical advice. Empathetic and kind. Whilst it’s not bulk billed, the high level of care is worth it. It’s a shame I I didn’t try this centre sooner as I thought it was the frightful one two block further up Victoria Ave.

I sincerely appreciate the doctor Ronald’s careful diagnosis. He detected my XXX at an early stage, allowing me to receive timely treatment and effectively control the condition! Otherwise, it might have affected my eye and appearance…. I’m truly grateful!

The Doctor I see is wonderful! Caring and thorough!
However I DID NOT LIKE the vapour from whatever it was steaming on the counter in the waiting room!!!! Would rather wait outside in the fresh air!

Really friendly practice with great receptionist staff and doctors. We're from the UK so have been pleasantly surprised by how good the service is over here, especially at this practice. The ladies on reception in particular are a credit to the practice. I can't remember their names, as I asked them but have since forgotten! But all fantastic!

I find Dr Edmond Wong-She to be an exceptional doctor. Dr Wong-She gives a level and quality of patient care that is thorough, yet remains respectful of personal disclosure. I have not known a physician with the "old style" family doctor values in the last 30 years apart from Dr Wong-She. I could not give him a higher recommendation. The only short fall appears to be in the administration of the practice. In particular the joining of the 21st Century. Whilst they now have a computerised appointment provider which is a step forward. Unfortunately, for the older patients (my godmother) who are not computer users, they have been totally left out of the equation. The phone number for the practice remains engaged. There is NO EMAIL address to contact. So what happens to a person over 70 years that are frail, who can't ring because the phone wont answer and don't have computer skills. This clear lack of consideration is disgusting, it was prevalent prior to the new business ownership and the NEW administration continues the same ridiculous standards with computer and phone based correspondence. The steps taken under the banner of implementing COVID-19 safety precautions they have ALIENATED THE HIGHEST RISK CATEGORY FROM HEALTH CARE.
