It is a beautiful space, with kind staff that made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I received laser hair removal on my legs that was quick and painless. The staff continued to ask me if i was comfortable and ensuring i was not in any pain. I would definitely recommend the Dermagen clinic.

I have been going to Dermagen for years, and have always had a wonderful experience! The Dr in charge is diligent and is so thoughtful in her practice. All of the practitioners are also amazing and well trained. I have received a range of treatments from there and couldn’t be happier! So much so that I have recommend to all my friends and family. I would not trust anyone else with all of my skincare needs.

Dermagen Skin Clinic is excellent. I go there regularly for facial and skin treatments. The expert esthetician, Maria, is very skilled and always makes the treatment very enjoyable. Highly recommended for facials and microdermabrasion for acne-prone skin. 💫 Maria recommended me using Synergies brand products, which are very good and suitable for my sensitive skin.

Don’t know why Anita can never stick to her appointment times. I consistently see her and she consistently has me waiting 30 - 45 mins past my appointment time. Clinic is well kept but time management needs to prioritised.

What’s the point of having an appointment made, if you’re only going to take clients in when it suits you. People have lives and shouldn’t be left waiting more then 10 mins after there appointment time. Manage time better or get more hands on deck.

Also if you’re going to leave someone waiting for an extended period of time, at least instruct the receptionist to offer coffee or water. Instead, I’m sitting here thirsty with a coffee machine staring me in the face.
